Colorado - Garden of the Gods

Very close to Aunt Suzie's house is a geographical wonder: Red rock slabs protruding from the earth at the base of the Rocky Mountains. Garden of the Gods is a small, beautiful park where we spent one morning getting some nice photos and enjoying the different rocky terrain.
This is one of the park's famous rock formations called Two Camels Kissing: The rest of these are the boys in nature. The light wasn't the best for landscape photography. Kevin got up before dawn one morning to shoot here during our visit. Hopefully, he'll post those, too. Riley was a lot of whiny on this outing, but Holden, after a stern talking to, went into Ass Kissing Mode and managed to "oooooh" and "aaaaah" at the appropriate times. Who cares if he was faking his enthusiasm? He was much more pleasant to be with.
