Today, I accompanied Riley's pre-school to the Pumpkin Patch. It was fun to meet his friends and spend some time with them. Riding the school bus was a highlight, and Riley seemed happy to have his mom with him.

Each adult was paired with two kids. They gave me Riley and his friend Egosta. Apparently, these two are best buds, according to his teacher. She seemed very surprised by this friendship because, as she said, "Egosta is very shy and Riley is our loudest student." Hopefully, they'll both learn a bit from each other. Egosta was sweet, very quiet and loved to be around Riley.
