Holden Birthday Part I - School Fun

Still playing catch-up with our photo and blog, so bear with us! For Holden's 5th, we had to solve the problem of how to do all that Holden wanted, with limited resources like time and money. In the end, his birthday was broken up into three different celebrations ... which he was great with. That meant three Happy Birthday songs, three chances to make a wish on birthday candles and three chances to be with the friends and family he cares so much about.

First, was lunch at school with his classmates in the Red Room:Riley came from the Purple Room to celebrate with his brother,  but wouldn't eat and was seeming really nervous. He ended up taking his pizza back to his room and his peeps.
Holden knew his little brother was uncomfortable, and he did his best to cheer him up:
